um so far petrol, and a tin of laquer from hobbycraft (hubby wanted to go out but honestly i don't feel up to facing the outside world today)

I didn't buy the Alien quadrilogy for 20 quid at HMV, or a magnetic darts board for my office which I would have adorned with a likeness of my former head of department. However, I did get a bottle of wine from the evil Tesco because it was half price.

I nearly bought Dogtanian on DVD for five pounds. Unfortunately I didn't have a dvd player so it would have sat idol for months. It is funny, the amount of things I nearly bought, could afford, but yet didn't buy even though I liked the product. Consumer enigma.

I don't think there was something I would have wished to buy but didn't. At least not today. It's not that I bought everything or too much, just that I felt as I was happy with the few things I bought.
