Good Morning Class,
Todays lesson will be on the four characteristics associated with the four structual types called The Rayid Method.
They are defined as:
Jewel: A Jewel is like a force of gravity, a constant, binding force
Flower: The Flower represents expansion and freeing
Stream: The Stream represents the physical. postural energy and stability
Shaker: The Shaker represents communication and movement, often expressed through gestures. Shakers represent the energy of attraction in constant motion.
