We are new to this site but hope that we can find some helpful information.
Free and I (Kay) seriously want to move to a commune, small place where we can live the life we desire. We're Canadian / European and we were wondering if we might find a commune in the USA or Canada that suits our conception. We're looking for a real commune to live in with real people and not a touristic spot. We tried Europe and we don't want to live there anymore - it's too small and it just doesn't work.
A friend told me about a growing place in Virginia and somewhere in Cali.
So please go ahead - if you have a good and serious advice. We appreciate it very much.

thats a good site they dont update,an communes seem to come and go,but theres plenty there if you look.. the place in virginia is twin oaks or there sister commune,acorn.
