I'm sure a lot of people saw or heard about the Democratic "gay debate" last night. What do you all think about it? The major candidates all supported civil unions but not gay marriage. Only Gravel and Kucinich, two guys with no chance, support gay marriage.

As a lesbian , I strongly support gay marriage. Bugs the crap outta me that theres so many hetero's who want a divorce and so many in love gays who want to marry, yet are not allowed. Wtf is the difference, love is love in my opinion. Australia has a 'Same sex' visa , yet will not allow gay marriage. So much for free will and non discrimination.

My views align with third party candidates however I will vote for Obama. At this time in our system a third party vote is a waste of a vote.

At this time in our system a third party vote is a waste of a vote.I disagree. If third party candidates get 3 percent of the vote, they get federal funding for their campaigns. That provides more exposure, which will get them in the running. Granted it's a slow process, but I feel it's worthwhile.
